I am an EMCC accredited executive and business coach with a career in learning & development and relationship management. I have over 15 years' experience in financial services, building and delivering development solutions that make practical sense and stick in the minds of busy professionals navigating complex corporate environments.

I use neuroscience and mindset concepts to coach individuals and teams. I enable the client to take centre stage in their own transformation by deploying a growth mindset and self-accountability.

What do I have to offer?

Having spent several years buying coaching and consulting services an in-house L&D lead, I understand the priorities, challenges and goals an organisation has when engaging an external partner. I have been very lucky to benefit from continuous guidance and coaching from specialists during my career – leading consultants and coaches in management & leadership, communication, diversity, resilience & mental health, productivity, among others. They have filled my coaching toolkit with over 100 years of their cumulative experience, which I have ready to share with my coaching clients at the point of when it makes a difference for them.

My Training

I graduated from Meyler Campbell, who train senior leaders around the world to coach. I follow the MC coaching principles in all my coaching relationships: listening, questioning, non-judgement, giving feedback, observing patterns and making hypotheses, resolving issues and coaching in the business context.

I am a certified Mental Health First Aider with NHS England, which is key for me when a client needs signposting for mental health resources.

I continue to develop myself by engaging with great people – I use my coaching alumni and L&D networks to learn the latest techniques used by leading coaches across different industries, observe executive coaching in action, receive supervision and real-time feedback from my clients. Learning is my career and my next step is to complete a behavioural neuroscience degree to further raise the bar for the scientific input I already incorporate into my work. I work in-line with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.

“For me it was about confidence and how to stop listening to the ‘chimp’ on my shoulder. I definitely have better ways to deal with things and am glad I have different tools I can leverage.”
