I work with individuals and organisations. My focus is business coaching for mid-to-senior and c-suite professionals. Where an organisation is involved, my duty lies both with the individual coachee (beneficiary) who is treated as the coaching client, with confidentiality and priority, and the organisation (sponsor) who received progress updates and themes from the coaching.
